I often just cook “classic” recipes. Bit of experience, bit of what I have on hand, bit of what I feel like playing around with. As an obvious result, I tend to forget the really good versions! So, I’m going to start blogging them so that I can retain what I learn along the way.

It’s been a few months now since Rita Micali’s new venture, Supermaxi, opened it’s doors. I’ve been back a few times now, so lets have a look beyond first impressions. I’ve dined alone at the bar, with a friend a couple of times and with a group including children.
